Work / Institutional / Africa Prosperity Dialogues 2026
Brand and identity, campaign platform, marketing, stage and environmental design — one coherent system for the "Boardroom of Africa".

African policy convenings default to the grammar of dialogue — declarations, plenary stages, photo opportunities. APD 2026 had one job: become the deal floor, not another talk shop.
The Africa Prosperity Dialogues is the flagship of the Africa Prosperity Network, convened with the AfCFTA Secretariat and positioned as the "Boardroom of Africa". The 2026 edition landed on a theme of empowering SMEs, women and youth inside Africa's single market — and had to read as a working environment for deals while carrying real political weight.
The working rule was simple: if a piece read as a speakers' line-up rather than a deal floor, it wasn't finished. We delivered a restrained typographic identity; the "Make Africa Border-free Now!" campaign platform — a continental, people-powered movement mobilising signatures toward the 2027 AU Summit; channel-by-channel marketing targeted at government, C-suite, investors and trade press; a main stage built to read as a boardroom; and venue, signage and wayfinding treated as one system, produced and delivered on site to a single standard.

Marketing targeted at government, C-suite, investors and trade press pulled the right room: 741 C-suite executives and 1,008 government officials, with media presence up five-fold to 208 journalists.
A continental policy event read as a boardroom — and pulled the room to match. Communication discipline is not decoration; it changes who turns up and what they come to do.
